I have food allergies or intolerances. Can I join?+
Yes, in most cases. Let us know when booking (in the notes field or via WhatsApp) and we will adapt the ingredients where possible. We can prepare pork-free, lactose-free or vegetarian versions. For severe allergies or celiac disease, contact us first: we work with flour and eggs in a shared space, so we cannot guarantee a completely trace-free environment.
Do I need cooking experience or any requirements?+
Not at all. Our classes are designed for everyone, from absolute beginners to food lovers. The chef guides you step by step and groups are small (maximum 12 people), so nobody gets left behind. Children are welcome too — check our dedicated family class page.
What should I bring?+
Nothing! We provide aprons, equipment, ingredients and everything you need. We only recommend comfortable shoes and a good appetite. At the end you receive the recipes to take home, so you can recreate everything in your own kitchen.
What is the cancellation policy?+
You can cancel or reschedule your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the class starts, by email or WhatsApp. After that we cannot refund the ticket, but where possible we will help you find another date. If we ever have to cancel on our side, you always get a full refund.
